Peak Properties, LLC, is a newly formed company of experienced professionals providing consulting, property management and legal services related to the real estate industry.

 

 

 

Beverly Roachell has been with a full service real estate company for over 30 years. Ms. Roachell has had a range of experiences from site manager to district manager to asset manager. She served as President of the Management Company and then as Chief Legal Officer for all departments of the company. Management included residential, commercial, and community associations. Serving as house counsel involved corporate, partnership, sales, and property management issues. 

 

Ms. Roachell has been involved with The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) since 1982. Her activity included Officer positions (from secretary to president) at both the local chapter level and the national level. She served as the IREM National President in 1994. In addition to the leadership positions she is an IREM accredited faculty member.

 

Education includes BA and JD degrees from UALR.

 

 

Laura Williams has over 10 years serving in the property management industry. Her experience includes staff employment, training, and supervision for multifamily properties. She also has extensive experience with setting up new properties from the market analysis stage to lease up. Duties included market surveys, construction inspections, staff hiring and training, bid solicitations for property services, software implementation and monitoring of tenant services.

 

Ms. Williams has proven her leadership skills through community service. She was president of her alumni association for past 4 years. Currently she is president for the Little Rock Christian Fine Arts Council.

 

  

Robert McDaniel has been in the accounting field since 1975 and was comptroller for the Riley Companies until Pat M. Riley, Sr. retired. He was CFO FOR Riley Properti4es, Woodland Heights, the Little Rock Athletic Club, LR Racquet Club, NLR Athletic Club, and two nursing homes. 

 

In addition, Robert had the experience of working at the White House doing special projects in the west wing during the two Clinton administrations.

  

Rita Mitchell Harvey was the owner of The Elle Ladies Apparel dress shop for 20 years. Rita serves Peak Properties with her marketing skills as needed for various property types.
